Industry veteran Mark Ozenick will spearhead the growth and expansion of Volato's aircraft management business.

Volato Group has appointed business aviation veteran Mark Ozenick as president of its Volato Aircraft Management Services (VAMS) division.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark to lead the expansion of Volato's aircraft management business,” says CEO Matt Liotta. “Mark's unmatched leadership, dedication to safety, customer-centric approach and sharp business acumen make him an invaluable addition to our senior management team. I look forward to working with him to scale our already successful aircraft management business.”

Ozenick brings over 45 years of business aviation experience, with expertise in flight operations, maintenance and executive leadership. He has a proven track record of success, having previously led several Part 135 business aviation operating companies, where he improved processes and procedures with a focus on safety, service and shareholder value.

Volato has established a unique and compelling business model that delivers exceptional service, safety and products to its clients,” he says. “Aircraft management is a crucial component of that model and a key differentiator in the market. I look forward to building upon this strong foundation and driving further growth.”
