Ayala will drive growth at Nighthawk
Nighthawk Flight Systems welcomes Marc Ayala as vice president of sales to drive organisational and product growth
Vice president of sales Marc Ayala.

Nighthawk Flight Systems is pleased to welcome Marc Ayala to the company's executive team as vice president of sales, where he will be responsible for growing and supporting sales of the entire suite of products as well as supporting the dealer network and customer facing programmes.

“Nighthawk brings a unique approach to the avionics and embedded safety software marketplace that delivers exceptional capabilities and advantages for civilian and military aviation,” Ayala says. “I am excited to join the team and build our growing customer and dealer network base that will help propel the company to new heights.”

Ayala brings a wealth of experience and network connections to Nighthawk Flight Systems. Prior to joining the company he held a variety of commercial and military sales and business development positions with increasing responsibility over a 17 year tenure at Collins Aerospace. A 13-year US Air Force veteran, he also served as a pilot and navigator in the Lockheed C-130H Hercules military transport aircraft.

Ayala earned a BSc in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University. A commercial licensed pilot with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, he enjoys flying in his free time and volunteers for Angel Flight.
