Richard P Campbell Jr is promoted to director of FBO operations at Cutter Aviation, where he will oversee all FBO services across Cutter's six locations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.

Campbell has been with the company since 1998. He started his career as a customer service representative, and his journey in the aviation industry continued through various roles including line service technician, line and service facility manager and, most recently, regional manager of line services at the Phoenix Sky Harbor location.

As director of FBO operations, Campbell will provide ongoing leadership and support for general managers across all FBO locations, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

"We are very excited that Richard is filling this new position," says president and CEO Will Cutter. "His years of experience and dedication to excellence make him a great fit to oversee our FBO operations."

"I am excited to lead the team in this new capacity," adds Campbell. "Cutter Aviation has a long history of service excellence and, as I transition into my new role, with the experienced management team I have, we will have a significant impact in the industry. I am as optimistic as ever and embrace all that this opportunity will present. After more than 25 years with the company, I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished and embrace the likelihood of being even better; more importantly, I look forward to continually providing best-in-class service to our tenants, customers and employees."
