TAM Aviação Executiva takes IS-BAO to Stage II
The air taxi is essential in a country of continental dimensions like Brazil, but as well as providing the service, it is necessary to guarantee quality, efficiency and safety. Reaching IS-BAO Stage II confirms exactly that.

TAM Aviação Executiva has just achieved the second stage of the IS-BAO international certification, granted by the IBAC to companies that adopt the best practices in flight operations.

Founded in 2002, IS-BAO is an international reference certification for executive aviation, required by some of the largest companies in the world when hiring aircraft charters for their executives. TAM AE has already had IS-BAO certification since 2022. Achieving Stage II indicates that all processes from the previous stage are implemented effectively and their results are already being measured.

This is the second important milestone achieved by TAM Aviação Executiva's air services area this year. In April, the company was the first in the country to obtain Stage II of the international IS-BAH certification, which certifies that it follows the best practices for domestic and international airport service.

"The air taxi is part of our history and our legacy and increasingly it has become fundamental in a country of continental dimensions like Brazil. But in addition to providing the service, it is necessary to guarantee quality, efficiency and, of course, safety. The IS-BAO certification confirms exactly this. Reaching Stage II is another very important step that our company takes in the endless search for excellence," says president Leonardo Fiuza.
