The ACA launches online hub for member communications
Efficient channels of communication are vital to the function of The ACA, as it relies on feedback and data from members to drive forward initiatives in the interests of the membership and the wider air charter industry.

The Air Charter Association (The ACA) is launching an online platform, the 'Member Hub', to enhance communication channels with its members.

Chairman Kevin Ducksbury says: "The ACA now consists of over 420 member companies, and with this growth it is essential to ensure that our members feel connected and able to engage effectively with the association and fellow members. The Member Hub is a platform we are introducing to deliver a way for members to keep in touch with one another and offer a more effective means of communication with the association as it continues to develop. We believe this new tool will allow us to streamline our engagement and enhance our ability to deliver on the needs and concerns of our members."

Efficient channels of communication are vital to the function of The ACA, as it relies on feedback and data from members to drive forward initiatives in the interests of the membership and the wider air charter industry.

The Hub will provide a streamlined platform where members can easily share information with one another and keep up to date with the association.

The platform will also allow The ACA to set up specific forums for key topics of conversation where members can take part and directly share their input. This will facilitate wider discussion and engagement amongst the membership, with key issues in the areas of industry affairs, regulation and sustainability.

Additionally, given the oversaturated use of traditional communication channels such as email, having a unique platform of communication will ensure that The ACA is able to deliver clear updates to the membership that do not get missed.
