Paul Cremer has received the British Business and General Aviation Association’s 2025 Contribution to Industry Award, honouring his 43-year career spanning air traffic, ground ops, charter, aircraft management and software. He currently serves as head of aviation delivery at Gama Aviation.
The award was presented by BBGA chair Aoife O’Sullivan at a Christmas networking event at The Little Ship Club in London. She described Cremer as “a hugely popular figure, who continues to give back to the industry,” adding, “there isn’t an aviation discipline he hasn’t been involved in and very few people in bizav he doesn’t know.”
Gama CEO Marwan Khalek says: “Over the years Paul has become a trusted advisor for operators and industry partners seeking thoughtful counsel and seasoned experience. What really sets Paul apart is his genuine passion and commitment to supporting people.”
Cremer’s impact was also praised by myairops sales manager Mathea Head, who says: “Paul is a brilliant mentor: patient, dedicated and passionately committed to helping others progress.”
Victor group charter executive Hugo Robotti-Guinamand was also recognised at the event, receiving BBGA’s 2025 Excellence in Aviation Next Generation award. Robotti-Guinamand joined Victor in 2022 and has since delivered complex charter missions for clients including Roma and the Norway Football Federation, while championing sustainable aviation fuel.
Fly Victor co-CEO Toby Edwards says: “His professionalism, ambition and leadership mark him out as one of the industry's most promising young talents.”
Both awards are part of BBGA’s ongoing work to support talent across the industry, from its Climbing.Fast campaign to partnerships with Stansted Airport College and TalentView Aviation.
