AviaVIP further extends FBO network to Bulgaria with Omega addition
Omega provides VIP handling and crew lounge services at Sofia Airport (LBSF) and offers VIP services across Bulgaria, including Varna (LBWN), Burgas (LBBG), Plovdiv (LBPD) and Gorna Oryahovitsa (LBGO).

AviaVIP has acquired Omega Aviation, a Bulgarian handler for business aviation.

Omega Aviation provides exclusive VIP handling and crew lounge services at Sofia Airport (LBSF) and offers VIP services across Bulgaria, including Varna (LBWN), Burgas (LBBG), Plovdiv (LBPD) and Gorna Oryahovitsa (LBGO).

This investment is in line with AviaVIP's expansion strategy, which aims to create a consolidated network of FBOs to facilitate VIP aircraft operations in all Europe. By combining Omega Aviation's expertise with AviaVIP's renowned service standards, the group is well-positioned to set a new benchmark for business and private aviation in Bulgaria.

Laurent Levaux, president at Aviapartner Group, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome Omega Aviation to the AviaVIP family. Our investments reflect our strong commitment to our clients. We firmly believe that expanding in Bulgaria, based on our foundation of customer service excellence, is crucial in meeting the growing business aviation needs of the region."

Toni Totov, CEO of Omega Aviation, adds, "Since the establishment of Omega Aviation, we have been committed to expansion, and joining forces with AviaVIP marks an exciting new chapter for us and our customers. Bulgaria is an incredibly dynamic and diverse destination. With this agreement, we are ideally positioned to meet the growing demand for premium aviation services in the region."

"Thanks to our partnership with Omega Aviation, AviaVIP's FBO network now reaches 55 locations. This expansion consolidates our leading position in Europe and ability to provide a seamless and comprehensive VIP experience under a single trusted brand. We are very excited to work with Toni and his team to leverage our collective strengths and deliver even greater value to business jet operators and flight support companies," says Jerome Ferasin, chief sales and strategy officer at AviaVIP.
