GGT adds EVs to chauffeured options
The launch of a ‘greener’ GGT is in response to more requests from its global customer base, especially in Europe, for airport transfers in electric vehicles, particularly the Mercedes EQS and the BMW i7.

GGT Worldwise has introduced electric vehicle (EV) options to its global vetted chauffeured transportation network.

Sheridan Rampaul, founder and CEO, is guiding both North American and EMEA management teams to establish as many EV options across the GGT global network.

"While this technology is still in its infancy in our sector, we have started to add an EV option in as many locations as possible, including the perfectly refined Mercedes EQS and the BMW i7 models. Year on year we are seeing significant increases in the mileage range available from these electric vehicles, which is helping confidence to grow and utilisation to increase in our industry."

Will Holroyd, president, adds: "We are seeing more and more requests from our global customer base, especially in Europe, for airport transfers in electric vehicles. The launch of a ‘greener’ GGT is in direct response to these requests. At present we have a very strong service partner network of EV’s in Europe and in key US locations, and we are diligently working to expand our EV footprint each day."
