With 102 business aviation customers in EMEA alone, eight of whom signed in 2024, Web Manuals is solidifying its position as a leading digital document management provider.

Representing more than half (55 per cent) of the company's total business aviation customer base (187) and 16 per cent of the global Web Manuals community (643), EMEA-based business aviation organisations are driving the digital revolution. In fact, out of all the organisations onboarded by Web Manuals since January 2024, more than half have been from Europe, further highlighting the region's growing commitment to digital processes.

Julia Larsson, director of operations EMEA, says: "Our steep upward growth trajectory reflects our quality service and first-class digital solution, designed to increase efficiency and streamline safety management.

"Beyond this, an increasing number of business jet operators are starting to recognise the importance of using a digital documentation system. As regulators like the FAA begin to mandate safety management systems that help identify and assess risks, the role of digitalisation has become central to aviation safety, not just in Europe but around the world. We are proud to support more than 600 organisations globally to take the next step and incorporate digitalisation into their compliance processes."

The company is headquartered in Malmo, Sweden and has offices in New York, San Diego, Singapore and Sydney.
