Best Jets becomes 80th Flight Leader participant
Best Jets International looks forward to implementing Wyvern's Flight Leader approach to enhance its safety programme.
Best Jets has chosen the Flight Leader Program to help remain Wyvern certified.

Minnesota-based Best Jets International has become the 80th organisation to join Wyvern's Flight Leader Program, designed to elevate beyond traditional safety auditing methods and present a collaborative way for operators to achieve Wingman and Wingman Pro certification.

At the heart of the program are quarterly meetings with a Wyvern Flight Leader coach, a seasoned industry safety veteran. These meetings provide each organisation with a custom-tailored plan to map out and achieve safety excellence. The coach facilitates cross-pollination industry best practices among operators, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and shared safety goals. As once stated by an industry leader, 'In business, operators are competitors; in safety, we are all friends'.

"With Best Jet's strong commitment to safety, and over 10 years of partnering with Wyvern, we are proud to join the Flight Leader Program. We look forward to implementing its innovative approach to enhance our safety programme," says chief inspector and safety manager Brandon Grell.

As the Flight Leader Program welcomes its 80th participant, Wyvern continues to lead the way with comprehensive and progressive safety tools for industry.

"We are thrilled to welcome one of the industry's leading organisations into the Wyvern Flight Leader Program. Choosing the Flight Leader Program to remain Wingman certified, we are continuing a new and more meaningful relationship with our longtime client and eagerly look forward to continuing this safety journey together. Well done, Best Jets," says Wyvern senior VP, operations Andrew Day.
