Perkins takes lead for enterprise quality control at West Star
As director of quality control for the enterprise segment, Josh Perkins will oversee the four main full-service facilities at St Louis Regional airport, Lovell Field, Grand Junction Regional airport and Perryville.

US MRO specialist West Star Aviation has welcomed Josh Perkins as director of quality control for its enterprise segment. Perkins will oversee the four main full-service facilities at St Louis Regional airport in East Alton, Illinois; Lovell Field in Chattanooga, Tennessee; Grand Junction Regional airport in Grand Junction, Colorado; and Perryville Regional airport facility in Perryville, Missouri. He will be based at the Grand Junction location.

Perkins previously worked for PHI Aviation, overseeing the MRO business as the director of maintenance and accountable manager. Prior to that, he led quality at StandardAero, AeroTurbine and Frontier Airlines. He has held roles as FAA Part 119 director of quality, Part 145 accountable manager as well as being a member of safety and regulatory panels at each company (ASAP, CASS, MRB and SMS programmes).
