After gaining Stage I at the beginning of 2022, which required the establishment of a standardised SMS infrastructure, Stage II ensures that the safety standards can be successfully implemented and demonstrated.

ACM Business Aviation Handling, the Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport FBO and sister company of Germany-based operator ACM Air Charter, has successfully achieved IS-BAH Stage II certification.

With this it becomes one of currently eight certified business aviation handling companies in Germany that can demonstrate this quality standard.

IBAC launched the IS-BAH quality standard programme in July 2014, an internationally recognised industry standard for handling processes in business aviation. The programme is rigorous, and participants must undergo regular audits to maintain their IS-BAH certification.

"This recognition is not only a significant competitive advantage for us, especially in the international market, but also very important for our customers. It strengthens our customer-oriented culture and consistently provides the best service of the highest quality," says CEO Thomas Minninger.

After ACM Handling achieved Stage I at the beginning of 2022, which required the establishment of a standardised SMS infrastructure, Stage II ensured that the prescribed safety standards could be successfully implemented and demonstrated.
