Abu Dhabi Aviation signs CSF agreement with Bell
As an authorised Bell customer service facility, ADA will provide service for Bell 212, 412 and the Subaru Bell 412EPX commercial aircraft. It will also support a regional demo tour of the Subaru Bell 412EPX.

Abu Dhabi Aviation is to establish a role as an authorised Bell customer service facility (CSF) and provide service for Bell 212, Bell 412 and the Subaru Bell 412EPX commercial aircraft. This agreement further demonstrates both organisations' dedication to providing exceptional customer support and showcasing Bell's aircraft to customers in the Middle East region.

"Bell's quality customer and maintenance services have enabled us to achieve and sustain excellent operational readiness on our Bell fleet," says an ADA representative. "We're thrilled to continue our long-standing relationship."

The UAE operator will also support a regional demo tour of the Subaru Bell 412EPX, the latest upgrade in the advanced 412 platform.

"Bell's global customer solutions network accommodates all operator needs and increases accessibility to world-class maintenance and training," adds Chris Schaefer, vice president, global customer solutions. "We're honoured to strengthen our relationship with Abu Dhabi Aviation and continue providing exceptional support and service options to the UAE and Middle East region."

Abu Dhabi Aviation is the largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, with 61 helicopters and four fixed wing aircraft and has accumulated more than one million flight hours on its Bell fleet. Bell shares more than 45 years of history providing world-class aircraft to the operator for medical evacuations, charter flights and offshore support.
