Air Culinaire Worldwide appoints CEO and COO
Air Culinaire is embracing a change in leadership as a pivotal step towards improving the in-flight catering experience through innovation, efficiencies and a strong management team.

Air Culinaire Worldwide has made a change in leadership aimed at further elevating the inflight catering experience.

With his proven record of accomplishment in international business and financial leadership, John Lee assumes the role of CEO. He will also continue to serve as chief financial officer of parent company Universal Weather and Aviation.

Lee says: "It's a privilege and an honour to lead Air Culinaire Worldwide. Our company is a renowned name within the industry, and we are strategically positioning ourselves to further build our brand globally. I'm excited to work with this talented team as we drive together towards continued growth and success."

Lee then went on to appoint Sav Mongelli as chief operating officer, a new position in the company. Mongelli's oversight will extend to guest services, global operations and Air Culinaire's network of vendors. He has been with the company for 18 years and has a wealth of experience managing several departments during his tenure.
