Collège Air Richelieu acquires two Alsim simulators
The training school is convinced that the AL250compact will play a significant role in enhancing its programmes by offering optimum versatility with its six flight models.
Alsim president Jean-Paul Monnin with Collège Air Richelieu training director Richard Blackburn, Alsim marketing and sales director Audrey Jeffroy and Collège operations manager Thierry Dugrippe.

Canada-based College Air Richelieu has reinforced its dedication to Alsim with the acquisition of two advanced AL250compact simulators, solidifying a collaborative history spanning almost two decades.

The AL250compact is a unique project that adapts to the specific needs expressed by the Collège. Thanks to its particular dimensions and simplified overall architecture, it fits into small areas that College Air Richelieu requires. Moreover, the AL250compact is equipped with three flat screens that ensure excellent image quality. At the same time, it retains all the functionalities of the AL250.

The AL250 simulator addresses initial phase training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is Sa EP/MEP re-configurable simulator certified as an EASA FNPT II and TC Level 2 IPC, as well as AATD (FAA). In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpit for each flight model at the simple flick of a switch. This device has been extremely well received since its creation and more than 100 of these have already been installed and are in successful operation worldwide.

Thierry Dugrippe, operations manager of College Air Richelieu, explains his choice: "Alsim has been our steadfast partner over the years. We are convinced that the AL250compact will play a significant role in enhancing our training programmes by offering optimum versatility with its six flight models."

Alsim president Jean-Paul Monnin adds: "We are delighted with this new sale to one of our very first customers. Indeed, since 2003, Alsim has proudly supported College Air Richelieu. We see it as a long-term partner with a modern vision of simulators' use. We have enjoyed supporting its development over all these years, and we hope to continue this collaboration in the future."
