Sale to steer Aero Asset as senior sales director
Ed Sale's extensive helicopter operations and OEM sales experience will prove invaluable in supporting helicopter buyers and sellers.

Toronto, Canada-headquartered helicopter trading firm Aero Asset has appointed Ed Sale as senior sales director.

Sale began his aviation career in aircraft operations in 2001. He then joined Leonardo's UK distributor Sloane Helicopters, followed by a stint at Airbus Helicopters UK as sales manager for private and business markets. Prior to joining Aero Asset, he was director of HeliGroup, a UK company specialising in helicopter procurement and commercial operations.

North America accounted for 62 per cent of transactions last year followed by Latin America at 14 per cent, Asia Pacific at 12 per cent and Europe at nine per cent. Retail transactions to Europe dropped 70 per cent.
