F/List opens Fort Lauderdale facilities
Clients can commission anything from minor cosmetic on-wing repairs of leather, veneer and cabin refurbishments to complete interior cabin design from the latest location in the F/List portfolio.
F/LIST celebrates the Fort Lauderdale opening; Katharina List-Nagl and Davie mayor Paul (4th and 5th from left) cut the ribbon.

Austria-headquartered luxury interiors specialist F/List has officially opened its fourth North American operation in Davie, Fort Lauderdale. The location was selected to be closer to the company's growing portfolio of customers in southern Florida and to further support an expanding customer roster across North America, namely Denver, Colorado; Savannah, Georgia; and Montreal, Quebec.

The Fort Lauderdale facility comprises of two independent properties. One is a 11,500sq ft footprint that incorporates a sample selection area, design showroom, upholstery studio, cabinetry workshop and an advanced paint booth. The other, just a 30 minute drive away at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport, is a 1,700sq ft workshop that streamlines customer services and improves delivery efficiencies to clients at the airport. Private aviation clients can commission services ranging from minor cosmetic on-wing repairs of leather, veneer and cabin refurbishments to complete interior cabin design.

The Fort Lauderdale operation will be led by F/List veteran Stefan Rust, who brings extensive company and industry knowledge and experience, having most recently held the post of managing director for F/List Dubai. Rust is initially leading a team of 13, including a dedicated in-house designer, expert artisans and a commercial unit. In the first quarter of 2024, it is anticipated the workforce will double.

"North America is an extremely important region for our business, which is why we've invested in our fourth facility here," says CEO Katharina List-Nagl. "Our US customer base is growing daily, with airframe manufacturers, aircraft owners and operators and designers recognising the added value our top quality, innovative and singular products bring to their interiors. We're excited to add this facility to a dynamic part of the region to ensure continued service excellence, and look forward to continued growth across North America."
