Previously, Monge served as the managing director for Bell, Asia Pacific and as the representative director in Japan, where he led Bell's commercial business in China, Japan, Korea, India, south east Asia and the Pacific. He played an essential role in the significant growth of Bell's business in the region, where the company expanded its sales and customer service footprint, adding 326 orders and 281 deliveries during his tenure. He facilitated key regional sales including the agreements with Shaanxi Helicopter Company for 100 Bell 407s and Reignwood Aviation for 110 Bell 505s, the Republic of Korea acquisition of 40 Bell 505s for military training, the Queensland Police Service purchase agreement for three Bell 429s and the acquisitions of the Subaru Bell 412 by Tokyo Metropolitan Police and regional Fire Fighting and Disaster Relief departments.

Monge will make his first European tradeshow appearance at European Rotors 2023 in Madrid, Spain on 28 November and will represent Bell in the opening ceremony and additional show events.

"I am thrilled to attend this year's European Rotors in my hometown of Madrid," he says. "As one of the largest commercial rotorcraft markets in the world, the European region boasts a diverse range of operators and missions.
