International Air Charters gains Wingman status
Not only has IAC successfully completed its Wingman audit and gained certification, but it will further partner with Wyvern by participating in the Flight Leader Programme.
International Air Charters is a Wyvern Wingman certified operator.

International Air Charters, a Part 135 operator based in Woodruff, Wisconsin, has secured its designation as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator following a successful audit, conducted by Wyvern in August 2023. The Wyvern Wingman standard, the first air charter audit standard in the aviation industry, provides a safety benchmark that allows air charter customers to assess performance expectations against recognised industry best operating practices before purchasing air charter services.

“We are excited to receive Wingman certification for our safety practices. The Wyvern audit is comprehensive and is one of the important ways we validate to ourselves and our charter guests that we are always focused on the highest safety metrics,” says president David Klein. “This certification affirms our dedicated safety culture from pilot training to aircraft maintenance all supported by our safety management system.”

“We congratulate International Air Charters for achieving Wingman certification, which validates its effective safety management system and excellence in managing operations and aircraft maintenance. Not only has IAC successfully completed its Wingman audit but will further partner with Wyvern by participating in our Flight Leader Program, a testament to its persistent pursuit of excellence,” says Wyvern vice president, operations Andrew Day.
