Heads Up acquires audio expert Alto Aviation
The combined product offering will allow HUT to better serve the critical needs of OEMs and operators, as Alto's audio and cabin management products expand its growing presence in aftermarket products.

Heads Up Technologies has acquired Alto Aviation, a designer and manufacturer of high-end OEM and aftermarket audio and cabin management systems.

Alto president and CEO Don Hamilton says: "This acquisition marks the next exciting chapter in our journey. The partnership with Heads Up Technologies allows us to continue providing customers with high-quality, innovative products and makes for an exciting combination of solutions. With the support of HUT, we look forward to a future of groundbreaking innovations and setting new industry standards."

HUT CEO Renée Rump adds: "We are thrilled to welcome the Alto team to Heads Up Technologies.
