Smieja joins the West Star ranks
West Star has hired Lee Smieja as its new Gulfstream project manager at its facility at Lovell Field (CHA) in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

West Star has hired Lee Smieja as its new Gulfstream project manager at its facility at Lovell Field (CHA) in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Smieja has more than 20 years of aviation experience including previously working at Gulfstream. Lee graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Business Management and has his Airframe and Powerplant licence.

“Lee's extensive and specific Gulfstream experience will benefit the growing team as well as our valued customers,” says Dan Prieu, senior manager/project management and planning (CHA).

“I appreciate the opportunity to continue my aviation career with a company such as West Star that shows obvious growth and a strong commitment to its employees and customers,” concludes Smieja.
