Heron expands capacity by bringing in M2
Built in 2019, the aircraft features a comfortable and modern five-passenger layout within a light and quiet Cessna-series cabin. The home airport Zaragoza in Spain thus offers customers another aircraft in Europe.
Heron is looking forward to offering the aircraft to customers.

German operator Heron Aviation is growing its fleet with the addition of a Citation M2. This aircraft with the registration D-IPAA will fly under EASA OPS as well as under the Heron Aviation AOC. The aircraft thus strengthens the company's growing charter fleet and is now its fifth aircraft from the manufacturer Cessna.

Built in 2019, the aircraft features a comfortable and modern five-passenger layout within a light and quiet Cessna-series cabin. The home airport Zaragoza in Spain thus offers customers another aircraft in the southern part of Europe, from which the most popular destinations can be reached quickly and at short notice.

Managing director of Heron Aviation, Martin Helbling, clarifies: “By incorporating this aircraft into our fleet, Heron can continue to maintain its position as an expert in this type of aircraft. I am proud of our Heron team in Lauchringen, Berlin and Spain, whose support has ensured an excellent fleet transition. We look forward to offering this aircraft to our charter and management customers.”

Heron Aviation is a private aviation company specialising in aircraft management, as well as the professional operation of charter flights. Particular emphasis continues to be placed on the highest standards of safety, discretion and reliability.

To support its customers, Heron has this year recruited additional qualified staff in the areas of sales/dispatch and maintenance.
