Elite Air breaks ground at St. Petersburg-Clearwater
Elite Air says it has redefined aircraft management and charter services over the last quarter century. Now, the Elite Air Jet Center will offer the ultimate in end-to-end support via a luxury private terminal and hangar.
The Elite Air Jet Center will feature a 5,000 sq ft private terminal and over 60,000 sq ft of hangar space.

US business aircraft management and charter service provider Elite Air has broken ground on a project that represents the next phase in the company's evolution: the Elite Air Jet Center. Located at the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International airport (KPIE) in Florida, the new private terminal and hangar will make Elite Air's best in class service a truly door-to-door offering.

“The Elite Air Jet Center will give our clients the convenience and luxury on the ground that they have come to know and expect from us in the air,” Elite Air president AJ Becker says.

Elite Air says it has redefined aircraft management and charter services over the last quarter century. The Elite Air Jet Center will offer the ultimate in end-to-end support via a luxury private terminal and customised hangar operation devoted solely to Elite Air customers.

The Elite Air Jet Center is currently under construction and expected to open to valued clients in early 2025. “We will cut absolutely no corners in preparing this space for our customers and will be sure to get everything exactly right before cutting the ribbon,” notes company CEO Gray Gibbs.

The Elite Air Jet Center will feature a 5,000 sq ft private terminal and over 60,000 sq ft of hangar space. With a convenient entrance located off Roosevelt Boulevard, the jet centre makes Elite Air a seamless charter provider.

Hangar space is highly limited, and the Elite Air Jet Center is accepting applications from qualified future residents now.

“Hangar space has become tight throughout the Tampa Bay Area and even nationwide,” Becker concludes. “We are pleased to be able to add this valuable, in-demand service to the local economy and beyond.”
