Metro continues to build public safety reputation
Metro's reputation is built on decades of providing a high standard of quality and service. The staff at Metro are highly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry; many of them have been there for decades.
Metro specialises in the EC135 and EC145.

Shreveport, Louisiana-headquartered Metro Aviation is internationally recognised as a leader in the helicopter completion industry with a reputation for excellence in helicopter completions, safety and customer service. This reputation has been the catalyst for the recent influx the company has seen in law enforcement completion contracts.

“We are welcoming customers that are contracting with Metro and have never met us or set foot inside our completion facility,” says Amy McMullen, aircraft completions coordinator for Metro Aviation. “I think that speaks volumes to our reputation and capabilities as a company.”

Metro's reputation is built on decades of providing a high standard of quality and service. The staff at Metro are highly knowledgeable and experienced in the industry; many of them have been with the company for decades. The completion process is highly collaborative with constant communication between the customer and Metro to ensure the aircraft is completed to the customer's specifications and delivered on time, within Metro's 110-working day delivery timeline.

In total, Metro has completed or contracted 52 aircraft for 17 different law enforcement agencies. In the last 18 months alone, the company has delivered or contracted 16 law enforcement completions with seven of those being first-time customers.

McMullen concludes: “The word is getting out about what Metro can offer the public safety sector, and we are honoured to be a part of the mission to protect our nation's citizens.”
