Duncan adds avionics support at Republic, Long Island
Duncan has been listening to customers for 66 years. Since the closure of its Long Island satellite, they have asked for avionics support in the area. A fixed location at the Republic airport in Farmingdale, NY is now open.
Duncan Aviation recently opened a fixed location at the Republic airport in Farmingdale, New York. The team there is lead by Satellite Avionics Tech Pedro Roque.

Duncan Aviation has officially opened its new fixed location at the Republic airport in Farmingdale, New York.

Operating under the capable management of Pete Marte, a 19.5 year team member and manager of Duncan Aviation's satellites in Oxford, Connecticut; White Plains, New York; and Bedford, Massachusetts, the new shop on Long Island welcomed customers immediately upon opening.

Housed in the spacious hangars of FBO Atlantic Aviation, satellite avionics tech Pedro Roque will be leading the team that will include Naimul Islam from early next Spring.

“Growth in the area has been significant since we closed our shop at Mac Arthur, and there is truly a great need for avionics support in the area,” says manager of satellite operations Matt Nelson. “There are few shops anywhere in the area, so Pedro and the team will make a big difference to customers at Republic airport.”

The team will serve customers and drop ins, and prospective customers are welcome to stop by and see what Duncan Aviation's skilled technicians can do for them.

“I'm excited to see and work with old friends and clients from years ago,” says Marte. “I'm confident that we'll have a successful go of it and give clients in the area the high quality, Duncan Aviation service they expect.”
