Pfeiffer will grow Textron share at Duncan Provo
Micah Pfeiffer is aiming to bring more Textron aircraft to Provo as service sales rep, and he understands the demands, stresses and priorities of airframe maintenance technicians and aviation directors.
Service sales representative Micah Pfeiffer.

Duncan Aviation has welcomed Micah Pfeiffer to its airframe service sales team. Located at the company's MRO facility in Provo, Utah, Pfeiffer assists Textron customers in planning and scheduling maintenance events and provides detailed technical quotes.

“The fact that we work on Citation aircraft in Provo, Utah is a well-kept secret,” says Pfeiffer. “I want to get the word out that Duncan Aviation has experienced Textron airframe teams in Provo ready and prepared to get to work.”

Pfeiffer's aviation career began at Duncan Aviation in 2012 as a paint technician in Lincoln, Nebraska. He rose quickly to master technician, gaining valuable skills and experience along the way. After the new hangars were built in Provo, he saw an opportunity to advance further and decided to relocate in 2019 to become a team leader and help the paint department grow. Within a few years, he began to work directly with customers as SWAT team leader, quoting and selling additional paint work.

“Micah's technical skills and knowledge of airframe maintenance is impressive,” says airframe service sales manager Troy Nail. “He understands the demands, stresses and priorities of airframe maintenance technicians and aviation directors. Our customers will enjoy working with him. He will quickly earn their trust.”
