Aero Star in Dallas certified for Mexican AFAC repairs
Mexican certification provides Aero Star customers with additional service opportunities and the flexibility to have their aircraft serviced in strategic locations.
Aero Star specialises in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 types.

Aero Star Aviation has received certification as a Mexican AFAC repair station at its Dallas, Texas facility.

This certification provides safety and certification continuity between the FAA and Mexican aviation authorities. AFAC formulates government policy for the development of aviation in Mexico, oversees training, aviation infrastructure and technical development as well as safety.

"This certification provides our customers with additional service opportunities and the flexibility to have their aircraft serviced in strategic locations as needed," says owner and president Chris Grinnell.

Aero Star Aviation is an approved FAA repair facility and aircraft maintenance company that specialises in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 types. Founded in 2013, with two locations in Dallas, Texas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the company offers aircraft maintenance, including scheduled maintenance, pre-purchase and 10 year inspections, engine change, line maintenance, wheel assembly exchange and AOG support.

In addition, Aero Star offers in-house aircraft consulting and management, providing customers with accurate and detailed information on the acquisition process while providing daily aircraft management of operations and regulatory requirements.
