This additional 22,000 sq ft hangar will provide much-needed additional space for MRO departments and the expansion of its government programs department.
Yingling Aviation is expanding its footprint with the acquisition of a 22,000 sq ft hangar facility.

Wichita, Kansas-based full-service MRO and FBO Yingling Aviation is pleased to start off 2023 with the addition of a 13th hangar at its Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National airport facilities.

The modern 22,000 sq ft hangar will be fully operational by March 2023, and consists of hangar space and two levels of offices. Adding to the Yingling hangar group at the North end of the airport, this hangar will provide much-needed additional space for Yingling's MRO departments and the expansion of its government programmes department. This is the eighth hangar added in the last three years. Yingling will also be hiring more than 20 employees; A&Ps, avionics technicians and programme managers.

The rate of increase of new customers and percentage of repeat business make everyone at Yingling very, very proud.

“We are excited to announce that our expansion continues at Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National airport. As we continue to expand our capabilities and support, in response to strong customer demand, this hangar was the perfect solution to ensure our customers continue to receive world-class service. This is a win-win scenario for everyone, and I’m pleased for our employees, the city of Wichita and our customers.”
