AeroVisto and Vartan launch joint interiors service
The 360 degree CabinService includes a fully comprehensive approach as a complementary one shop stop service for interior refurbishment.

Cabin interiors, aircraft systems and composite aerostructures support services specialist and Switzerland-based interior specialist AeroVisto Group have jointly developed a service offering that they say will significantly optimise the processes involved in interior refurbishment projects.

It contains the professional handling of all relevant work tasks of a refurbishment project: disassembly of the cabin, outgoing inspection, packaging and transport, interior refurbishment, return transport and unpacking, incoming inspection and reassembly, quality inspection and handover of the aircraft cabin to the customer.

All work is carried out by specialised personnel with detailed knowledge and understanding of aircraft interiors. The removal and installation take place on site under the supervision of MRO B1. Project managers from and AeroVisto accompany the projects and serve as an interface with the customer.

"Such a service is unique in this market segment," says project engineering manager Ingo Grünewald. "Our offer addresses MRO and CAMO companies, as well as operators in business and private jet aviation. It offers these companies the freedom to choose whether they want to perform these necessary tasks themselves or whether they want to take advantage of the 360° CabinService for specific purposes. We know from numerous exchanges that many MRO companies really want this flexibility. In times of a shortage of skilled workers, it is essential that the available qualified personnel can concentrate on the core business, and that is usually aircraft maintenance. Thus, a professional interior team from and AeroVisto is an ideal solution to compensate for lack of capacity."

The idea for cooperation with first came to AeroVisto Interior Services CEO Hermann Bauer during a project in which both companies were involved.

"I see the jointly offered 360° CabinService as a logical development of the long term cooperation between and AeroVisto. Both companies attach great importance to quality and reliability, partnership and sustainable relationships with customers and market peers," says Bauer. "Right from the first meeting in Hamburg, it was clear that both sides recognised a great need in the market and were interested in jointly developing a solution that solves a real problem for our mutual customers."

This is just the beginning of the cooperation. Further joint, customer-oriented solutions for business and private jet aviation are already being planned.
