Arrow to support SkyTrac's Iridium repairs
Arrow is to provide repairs of the ISAT-200A terminal. SkyTrac is confident that clients will appreciate the regional support, particularly those in the underserved Gulf of Mexico area.
Arrow Aviation is now an ASC for SkyTrac's Iridium satcom terminals and accessories.

SkyTrac Systems has appointed Louisiana-based AOG helicopter services, parts sales and helicopter leasing company Arrow Aviation as an authorised service centre for SkyTrac's Iridium satcom terminals and accessories.

Arrow Aviation will provide repairs of SkyTrac's ISAT-200A terminal, a popular choice amongst operators for cost-effective and powerful onboard server and satcom capabilities. The all-in-one platform enables rotorcraft operators to leverage a suite of capabilities including Automated Flight Following (AFF), Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), real-time Health and Usage Monitoring (HUMS) alerting, and satellite voice, text and Push-to-Talk (PTT) communications.

“We are excited to work with a well reputed organisation such as Arrow Aviation to support our US client base," says SkyTrac vice president of sales and marketing Jan van der Heul. "Arrow's understanding of operator needs and central location will greatly benefit all helicopter operations including the offshore oil and gas and helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) industries. We are confident that our clients will appreciate the regional support, especially those in the underserved Gulf of Mexico area.”

Arrow Aviation will also provide repairs for ISAT-200A accessories including the Cockpit Display Panel and Dispatch Voice Interface (CDP/DVI), the ITRAY and the Dynamic Air Link 200 (DAL-200). These highly reliable and programmable avionics solutions add operational efficiencies and safety within the cockpit, as well as for maintenance crews.

“We look forward to partnering with a leader in satellite connectivity solutions such as SkyTrac and building on our breadth of expertise,” adds Arrow avionics manager Glenn Nestor. “With our 24/7 availability and commitment to excellence, customers of SkyTrac's robust and reliable ISAT-200A can trust us for quality work and reduced AOG times to ensure minimal impact to vital operations.”
