Premium Jet secures AOC within the EU
It took seven months of hard work, but Premium Jet has its AOC from Austria's CAA. It has also moved into additional premises at Vienna International airport.
Managing partner Daniel Kunz and ceo Daniel Stieger.

Switzerland-based AOC operator Premium Jet has received its AOC from Austria’s CAA Austrocontrol, under which it will operate its Global Express.

Premium Jet was founded more than 12 years ago and has established itself in the market as a provider of business aircraft management, sales and charter services. Over the last few years, however, it has become increasingly apparent to the company that concentrating on a single non-EU location tends to stand in the way of continuous growth. As a result, the management decided to establish a branch in an EU member state.

The company has opened an operational division in Austria and moved into offices at Vienna International airport. The modern office complex with an imposing facade of glass and steel is only 15 minutes by train from Vienna city centre. It is expected to offer sufficient space for the company’s growth.

“On behalf of the management of Premium Jet, I would like to sincerely thank all parties involved for their dedicated and goal-oriented cooperation, and I am pleased that, in addition to the Swiss market, we are now also able to serve the European market in the field of commercial aircraft management,” says managing partner Daniel Kunz. “Once again, this process has shown that with a team that is willing and works hand in hand, it is possible to achieve all the goals that one sets out to achieve.”
