24/7 completes acquisition of Citation Associates
Citation Associates was established in 1996, operating out of Santa Barbara Airport. Over three decades the company maintained an impeccable safety record and is known for its industry-leading range of aircraft.

Van Nuys-based 24/7 Jet has completed the acquisition of Citation Associates, a Part 135 air carrier, successfully merging and restructuring both the corporations. The new corporation operates under 24/7 Jet, Inc. air carrier number #1C6A480N. The company announced its acquisition plans in 2020 as part of its expansion strategy to fortify its position in the aviation space.

This acquisition places 24/7 Jet Inc. in a favourable position for long-term growth potential, tapping a broader customer base with a large fleet and an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service directly.

Citation Associates was established in 1996, operating out of Santa Barbara Airport. In around three decades of operation, the company has maintained an impeccable safety record and is known for its industry-leading range of aircraft.

The company also added its first aircraft, the Challenger 601, which is known for its performance and spacious interior. Many planes are in the pipeline to be added to the fleet, thus positioning 24/7 Jet in an ideal strategic position to offer the best-in-class flying experience.

“We are thrilled about the future; this is a tremendous opportunity to offer to our clientele the best-in-class fleets in the market and combine over 100 years of industry experience to provide unparallel service to our customers and set a new benchmark in the industry,” says Mustafa Dar, who founded 24/7 Jet in 2009 and established it as a successful sales firm within a decade.
