Latvia-based business aviation support company FCG Ops has launched a range of airport ground handling services in Poland and Romania, comprising Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow and Bucharest.

Expanding its presence in Europe is one of the company's strategic goals for 2022. The main focus is to provide high-quality ground handling services supervised by certified staff at airports across the FCG Ops network, which already covers more than 50 airports in 28 countries in the Baltics, Scandinavia, the CIS and Eastern Europe.

“Quality and safety are at the centre of this FCG Ops strategy. Not only do we invest in industry-leading technologies, but also in our team, to provide a consistent quality of service at each of the airports we are present in," says managing director Sergey Starkov. "We already have representatives in these new regions; Roland Tchórzewski in Poland and Andrada Gheorghiu in Romania. They have an excellent understanding of the local specifics and can provide fast professional support on site, which our customers value. The FCG Ops network now covers the whole of Eastern Europe making our services integrated and complete.”

Bucharest Airports National Company CEO George Dorobantu adds: "Bucharest Baneasa airport is making a fresh start with the new VIP lounge, offering an exclusive airport experience. Together with FCG Ops, we can prove our reputation and reach the next level of hospitality.”

FCG Ops is certified for airport handling of business aviation, military, cargo, medical, and commercial charter flights. It provides a full range of services, including ground handling of flights, refuelling, in-flight catering, hotel accommodation, transfers and customs support.
