flyExclusive hires charged with MRO innovation
USAF veteran William Tollison and aviation professional Lisa Christine are the latest recruits to the flyExclusive team. They will lead the next phase of growth of its MRO business.
Senior vice president of MRO William Tollison.

North California-based flyExclusive has appointed William Tollison as senior vice president of MRO and Lisa Christine as senior director of MRO development. These new appointments reinforce flyExclusive's ongoing commitment to the quality, safety and innovation of its MRO offerings, including its electrostatic painting and coating and interior refurbishment services.

Tollison is a US Air Force veteran bringing over 35 years of aviation experience. He has spent over 20 years in MRO implementation and development and has a track record of successful growth and performance in previous roles, most recently as executive vice president of operations at ComAv Technical Services in Victorville, California. His extensive experience will help provide unique insights into creating and sustaining the effective and efficient growth of flyExclusive's Part 145 repair stations. Additionally, he will work with the company's MRO teams to build and expand organisational capabilities and best practices with a key focus on driving safety, quality and compliance initiatives.

Lisa Christine is a seasoned aviation professional with experience spanning continuous improvement and project management to business development and operations for MRO organisations. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, she has dedicated her career to empowering women to seek careers in aviation while creating pathways for youth through education in the aviation and aerospace industry. She will spearhead and identify key projects that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives within the MRO business, including development around long-range planning, initiatives, production efficiencies, employee relations, succession planning and contract oversight.

flyExclusive's MROs, including our aircraft paint and interior services, are a key component of our accelerating growth as we continue to be the only Part 135 charter operator with these capabilities,” says president Tommy Sowers. “With their combined years of experience in delivering MRO innovation in aviation, William Tollison and Lisa Christine are the right team to lead this core aspect of our business into its next phase of growth as we pursue nothing less than excellence in the services we deliver for customers.”
