Wyvern welcomes Colombia's Helistar to Wingman stable
Multi-mission Helistar is proud of its SMS, just one of the factors that helped it gain certification by Wyvern as a Wingman certified operator.
Fleet operator Helistar gains Wyvern Wingman operator certification.

Bogota, Colombia-headquartered operator Helistar has secured its designation as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator following a successful audit conducted by Wyvern in November 2021.

Helistar has extensive experience in successfully carrying out non-regular air transport operations at a national level. Its continuous support, wide availability of aircraft and qualified and trained staff ensure that its clients receive quality service with the latest technology aircraft and modern navigation and security systems. Helistar has a modern and complete fleet of aircraft with medium and heavy twin engine helicopters as well as jet and turboprop aircraft.

The Wyvern Wingman standard provides a safety benchmark that allows air charter customers to assess performance expectations against recognised industry best operating practices before purchasing air charter services.

Wyvern is very happy to declare that Helistar SAS is a Wingman operator. Adhering to the Wingman standard is evidence that the organisation has a culture of excellence that is far above their peers,” says CEO Sonnie Bates.
