UNICAIR to bring out the best of Air Alliance and Jetcall

German air ambulance providers Air Alliance Medflight and and Jetcall have merged to form Unicair. The new company will command a fleet of 18 dedicated, fully owned air ambulance aircraft. The portfolio ranges from the economic and efficient Learjet 31A and the comfortable Learjet 45XR to the long-range Challenger 604 for the most complex and demanding operational profiles.

Integrated medical teams with a strong record in ICU care and longstanding aeromedical experience are deployed. The medical capabilities of Unicair cover all age groups including neonates, young children and adults, as well as all patient acuities. Services include, but are not limited to critically ill and bariatric patients and patients in need of life saving ECMO units with a sophisticated device replacing the function of a patient’s own heart and/or lungs. The safe global transport of infectious passengers, especially COVID-19 patients on specialised PMIUs, is also part of the service offering.

A qualified in-house maintenance department ensures the reliable mission readiness of the aircraft at all times.

to bring sick or injured patients back home to their loved ones and to continue treatment at home.

The new entity will be led by an experienced team of industry veterans comprising Michael Diefenbach, Rene Petersen, Dr. Alex Veldman and Felix von Waldow.
