Maintenance pro joins Pro Star
With a career spanning line maintenance, avionics installation and regional sales, NBAA committee member Melissa Raddatz is set to foster customer relationships for Pro Star in the Great Lakes region.
Melissa Raddatz joins Pro Star Aviation as sales manager for the Great Lakes region.

Pro Star Aviation, an aerospace modification centre located at Manchester-Boston Regional airport in New Hampshire, has appointed Melissa Raddatz as the sales manager for the Great Lakes region.

Raddatz brings over a decade of experience in aviation. She attended the University of Wisconsin where she achieved her BSc in aviation management, and gained her Airframe & Powerplant mechanic's licence and Associates in Aircraft Electronics at Fox Valley Technical College. She currently serves on several NBAA committees such as the maintenance committee, sub committee connectivity member and the NBAA scholarship committee.

Raddatz began her career as a line maintenance technician for Gulfstream in 2007, later serving as a programme coordinator with the National Association of Flight Instructors. In 2011 she worked at Duncan Aviation as an avionics installation technician and most recently served as a regional sales manager for Flying Colours, supporting aircraft maintenance, avionics and paint and interior needs.

“Melissa's expertise will help foster and grow our customer relationships and increase our services to business jets in the Great Lakes region, matching the continued growth of Pro Star Aviation," says director of sales and marketing Clark Gordon. "Her experience and commitment to increasing opportunities for the next generation of technicians in business aviation are remarkable. We look forward to having her on our team."
