Omni Air achieves Wyvern Wingman Pro status
Wingman Pro is the industry's highest safety standard for private operators; it validates an organisation's commitment to safety as a core value. Omni has one of the first certificates to be issued by Wyvern.
Omni Air Transport is now a Wingman Pro operator.

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based private charter and aircraft management company Omni Air Transport has been awarded one of the first Wyvern Wingman Pro certificates after achieving excellence in association with ongoing participation in Wyvern's Flight Leader Program. Wingman Pro was launched in October of this year, and validates organisational safety culture utilising the most advanced evaluation tools recognised by safety experts and regulatory bodies worldwide, at a safety benchmark set above Wyvern's flagship Wingman program.

“We are thrilled to be one of the first to receive Wingman Pro and be highly commended in the charter industry for our safety practices. It is a tremendous achievement for our team to be recognised for continuously going above and beyond what is required with our safety programme,” says Mike Skow, president and CEO, Omni Air Transport.

Wyvern Wingman Pro certification is available for all operators in Wyvern's legacy Wingman audit programme and Flight Leader Program, which includes a constant review of the operator's safety performance and operational practices to ensure it aligns with industry best practices. The Wingman Pro certificate is issued once the already established Wingman operator demonstrates effectiveness in all areas of SMS, excellence in addressing human factors and organisational safety culture, and continuous conformity to international standards by way of an internal audit programme.
