ASG has reported that it has commenced the 35th base maintenance project on the Eclipse EA500/550 light jet at its facility at Guernsey airport in the Channel Islands.

Base maintenance includes 300 hour or 24 month checks and 1,200 hour or 48 month checks as well as associated P&WC engine inspections.

Since 2016, ASG has been providing base and line maintenance and AOG support to a wide range of Eclipse jet owners and operators from across the British Isles and Europe. This includes significant system upgrades and in 2020 a wing replacement project.

With the growth Eclipse maintenance has experienced over the past 18 months, ASG has invested in and completed Part 147 training for three of its licensed engineers to supplement its existing Eclipse specialists.
