flyExclusive has opened a new ops centre at its headquarters in Kinston, North Carolina and it says the facility is designed to bring the sales, operations and client service teams together in a single setting and to equip them with the resources required to plan, schedule and operate private jet experiences for its customers.
It says the centre is designed to deliver a high level of safety, reliability, timeliness and service from the time clients book to the time they arrive at their destination. Teams will leverage the latest in operational technology including a 24-screen video wall for dispatch, flight control and crew scheduling to enable real-time decision making.
“The opening of our new centre further supports flyExclusive's explosive growth and commitment to innovation,” says Tommy Sowers, president of flyExclusive. “The investments we've made in bringing our teams together in a single location and equipping them with the best technology allow our clients to fly with confidence, knowing they are focused on the safety, quality and excellence of their experience with every flight.”
