LorEau inks deal with ELMS increasing future MRO capabilities
LorEau selected ELMS personnel cloud-based compliance and competence management solution to aid its future MRO capabilities, and in return LorEau will act as ELMS' conduit in the Middle East.
Alan Barnes, head of operations, Complete Aircraft Group; Ronnie McCrae, CEO, LorEau Aviation Group and John Scales, general manager, ELMS Aviation.

LorEau Aviation has teamed up with ELMS Aviation, and will use its personnel cloud-based compliance and competence management solution to aid its future MRO capabilities, which are currently focusing on non-destructive testing work including wheels, brakes, batteries and line station support. Based at Dubai World Central airport, LorEau will take on a business development role for ELMS by serving as its conduit in the Middle East.

LorEau was established six months ago by Ronnie McCrae, Chris Taylor and Duncan Bureau, each with experience in commercial and business aviation across Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America. They are focused on forging strategic partnerships ahead of a formal launch at the Dubai Air Show.

“The partnering with ELMS and Complete Aircraft Group is significant for us as we start building the foundations for growth,” says McCrae. “ELMS software is an exceptional tool for now and in the future in an industry where safety and compliance is paramount. ELMS further underlines the value we place on our engineers and technicians who will each benefit from the ease of the system's ability to work efficiently with 'live' safety reporting in future contracts within the GCC, Africa and Asia. I have worked with ELMS in previous MRO companies and wanted to make this investment from the outset.”

“This newly signed contract with LorEau Aviation Group is very much in line with our group's stated ambition to expand activity into the Middle East, and we are delighted to be the first external partner to be aligned with LorEau Aviation Group. We look forward to working closely with LorEau Aviation Group, a welcome new partner for Complete Aircraft Group and ELMS,” adds Alan Barnes, head of operations, Complete Aircraft Group.
