Jet Aviation celebrates 20 years in Hong Kong
Jet Aviation established its regional aircraft management and charter business in Hong Kong with an AOC, a single aircraft and a handful of employees. Now its charter team manages a fleet of 35 aircraft across APAC.
Its facility holds Hong Kong civil aviation department approval, maintenance repair station approval, an FAA repair station certificate and China JMM approval.

Jet Aviation has celebrated the 20th anniversary of its operations in Hong Kong. The aircraft management and charter business in Hong Kong was established in late September 2001. In May 2008, it expanded its operation to include a line maintenance facility.

Jet Aviation established its regional aircraft management and charter business in Hong Kong with an AOC, a single aircraft and a handful of employees. Now its 40 member strong regional aircraft management and charter team manages a fleet of 35 aircraft, together with nearly 80 flight crews in 10 countries across APAC.

“Jet Aviation is fully committed to APAC and will continue partnering with OEMs and aviation authorities to best serve the evolving needs of our customers,” says Joe Reckling, senior vice president of regional operations APAC. “This anniversary is a measure of our commitment to the region, where we look forward to continued growth for the next 20 years and beyond.”

The company's senior director of aircraft management for APAC, Carlos Gomez adds: “We are so proud and grateful to celebrate twenty years of hard work, successful relationship-building and trusted partnership with our dedicated employees and loyal customers in Hong Kong.”

Its Hong Kong facility holds civil aviation department approval, maintenance repair station approval, an FAA repair station certificate and China JMM approval.
