Newly-appointed GPMS sales agent Sergio Traldi, based in France, is an engineer with more than 30 years of experience in aeronautics and defence. Past roles include programme management and business development.

US helicopter health monitoring leader GPMS has appointed Sergio Traldi as a sales agent for the European region.

The company is expanding overseas distribution for Foresight MX, its predictive health and usage monitoring system for rotorcraft. Foresight MX provides engine and component vibration monitoring with remaining useful life estimates on all monitored components, rotor track and balance, and flight data monitoring with exceedance alerting.

Company president Jed Kalkstein says: “Sergio's international aviation and business leadership experience are very impressive. He has demonstrated skills in assessing customers requirements and finding solutions to meet their technical and operational needs. We value this consultative sales approach at GPMS.”

Traldi, based in France, is an engineer with more than 30 years of experience in aeronautics and defence. Past roles include programme management and business development positions with a major European helicopter OEM as well as independent avionics companies.

“The capabilities of the GPMS Foresight HUMS solution are extremely impressive, and the opportunities in Europe for the adoption of HUMS are extensive,” he says. “I look forward to introducing this next generation system and giving my customers a competitive advantage.”
