Precision adds Trace's landing gear expertise
Trace Aviation is widely recognised for its MRO capabilities on King Air/1900 landing gear assemblies. Existing TA customers will now have access to PAG's $50 million rotable inventory, and its considerable know-how.

Atlanta, Georgia-based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a provider of products and value-added services to the worldwide aerospace and defence industries, has announced the acquisition of Trace Aviation (TA) at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International airport in Jackson, Mississippi. TA is widely recognised for its MRO capabilities on King Air/1900 landing gear assemblies.

PAG CEO David Mast says: “We are very pleased with the acquisition of Trace. The addition of TA expands our landing gear MRO capabilities. TA focuses on Beechcraft King Air and 1900 landing gear exchanges and overhauls. Additionally, TA, like PAG, is well known for delivering exceptional customer service and industry leading products to its customers worldwide. It is the perfect platform to expand our MRO services to better serve our customers.”

TA president Mike Pigott adds: “We are enthusiastic about becoming part of PAG. Not only will we be able to significantly expand our product and service offerings to our existing customers by having access to PAG's $50 million rotable inventory, but we are excited to expand our MRO capabilities in the coming months. We believe this partnership will provide significant benefit to our customers, vendors and employees.”
