Fly Louie offers benefits of scale through WholesaleFlex
WholesaleFlex is scalable and works with an operator's existing scheduling system to gather information such as pricing guidelines and fleet availability. Fly Louie's WholesaleFlex team fields all requests, generating quotes.

Fly Louie has launched WholesaleFlex, the latest membership benefit available to more than 200 private aviation operators in the Fly Louie Alliance, a network of US operators that offers savings and the benefits of scale enjoyed by larger operators in private aviation, while preserving operators’ independence. WholesaleFlex works as an extension of an operator's sales team solely focused on increasing the number of quotes generated to yield up to two times confirmed trips.

“Wholesale quoting is a numbers game for operators of all sizes,” remarks Fly Louie CEO Julia Takeda. “To convert roughly two per cent of requests, operators must generate hundreds of quotes weekly. WholesaleFlex solves for the speed and volume of quote generation that is necessary whether an operator has a dedicated sales team or not.” Takeda adds that the WholesaleFlex team leverages highly experienced quoters, the latest technology and strong broker relationships to help operators with the challenges of the wholesale business.

WholesaleFlex is scalable and works with an operator's existing scheduling system to gather information such as pricing guidelines and fleet availability. Fly Louie's WholesaleFlex team fields all requests and generates quotes on the operator's behalf. Fly Louie then alerts the operator to pending bookings to confirm owner approval and crew and aircraft availability. Once a flight is booked, Fly Louie hands off the booking to the operator to manage flight details. Operators have access to real-time updates from start to finish through their scheduling system for ease and full transparency. Additionally, performance and competitive insight reports are shared regularly.

Fly Louie director of business development Dan Morrison reports strong early interest: “We've met with several Fly Louie Alliance operators who are very excited to augment their sales capabilities with WholesaleFlex. The challenge for many independent charter operators is the staffing coverage to respond to the volume of wholesale quotes necessary to take advantage of the demand. This is just one more example of how Fly Louie supports Alliance members in our increasingly competitive industry.”

The WholesaleFlex product is available for immediate enrolment and is open to all members of the Fly Louie Alliance. As with other Fly Louie programmes, operator feedback and input will shape the future development of WholesaleFlex.
