London Biggin Hill-based jet charter and management operator Voluxis has appointed industry veteran George Rolls as the company's chairman. CEO Andrew Boxer Missen says: “George's profile, contacts and extensive understanding of our industry have greatly strengthened our experienced team. Over the past 20 years he has held various non-executive director positions in both public and private companies, many in business aviation, predominantly focusing on M&A and restructuring and growing the businesses that he has worked with, which will enhance our own growth plans going forward.”
Rolls adds: “I am delighted to have been be asked to chair Voluxis and join such a refreshing and enthusiastic team of aviation professionals at this exciting stage of the company's development, and I look forward to building on these first few months.”
