Correia to boost customer relations at Aero-Dienst
Daniel Pedreiro Correia's main focus in his new post at Aero-Dienst will be on customer care before and after maintenance as well as customer satisfaction. He has good communications skills and a technical background.

Aero-Dienst, a German full-service provider for business aviation and flight ambulance services, has announced that Daniel Pedreiro Correia is now supporting all maintenance customer related strategic projects in the field of customer relations at its Nuremberg main base.

Correia's main focus will be on customer care before and after maintenance as well as overall customer satisfaction.

“The new customer relations section is very important in that it will ensure that we can continue to exceed the expectations of existing and potential maintenance customers,” says André Ebach, head of maintenance. “With his excellent communication skills and strong customer focus, combined with his technical background as an aerospace engineer, we know that this function will be filled perfectly by Daniel.”
