Atlas brings German debutant 100EV to Bremen
The Phenom 100 EV is the latest development of the Phenom 100 with a larger aisle range and robust stairway as well as more powerful engines. Atlas Air Service recently performed a detailed ferry flight for the aircraft.
The EV version of the Phenom 100 has more powerful engines than its predecessor.

Atlas Air Service recently supported the purchase, inspection, acceptance and importation of the first Embraer Phenom 100EV for Germany. Starting from the manufacturer's plant in Melbourne, Florida, the light jet landed in Norfolk, Virginia for US export customs clearance. Afterwards the life rafts, which are required for an Atlantic crossing, were picked up in Bangor, Maine. Following further stopovers, the jet finally landed at Atlas Air Service's facility in Bremen.

Atlas took care of the technical acceptance of the aircraft at the manufacturer's, organised the transfer and managed all necessary import, customs and registration formalities in Germany. The Bremen-based company will also be responsible for CAMO and maintaining the aircraft.

The Phenom 100 EV is the latest development of the previous version with a larger aisle range and robust stairway. In addition, more powerful engines allow an increased top speed of 405 kts and a range of 2,182 km. The cockpit is equipped with the Prodigy Touch avionics package, which is based on the Garmin G3000 and is typically installed in the larger Phenom 300. The Prodigy Touch is the first touch screen flight deck found in a light jet.

Atlas Air Service has turned 50 this year and has established an European wide reputation for the Embraer, Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft brands. “We really do offer all the services required for a complex aircraft purchase transaction: consulting, purchase brokerage, certification, maintenance, aircraft management and charter. With many years of experience we have handled countless aircraft transactions; our customers appreciate our quality and independence,” says Hans Doll, director of sales.
