L2 brings in Bailey to oversee global development
Tony Bailey, the former president and COO of Spirit Aeronautics, grew up in New Mexico and began his career in aviation in 1983. He has been hired by L2 as vice president of business development.
Tony Bailey has long admired L2 Aviation.

Avionics supplier L2 Aviation has appointed Tony Bailey as vice president of business development overseeing global business development efforts. “I am thrilled to be a part of the L2 Aviation team,” he says. “L2 Aviation has a tremendous reputation for innovation and quality that has allowed it to continue to grow despite the current hardships within the aviation industry. Bailey, the former president and COO of Spirit Aeronautics, grew up in New Mexico and began his career in aviation in 1983 when he joined the United States Marine Corps as an aircraft electrician on F-4 Phantoms. Since then, he has gained vast business and educational experience holding various positions with titles including president, CEO, general manager, director of avionics and engineering, director of maintenance, avionics manager, quality control inspector and instrument and autopilot supervisor. He holds an FAA A&P licence.
