Dynamic Detloff delighted to develop DaVinci
John Detloff is well-known in the industry for his work as VP of Air Culinaire Worldwide. Now he will bring his expertise to DaVinci, as the company looks to raise the bar in industry training.
John Detloff's extensive experience within the industry is said to bring a new level of technical and training expertise to DaVinci.

DaVinci Inflight Training Institute has named John Detloff as its new COO. “We are honoured and extremely excited for John to join our organisation and help us grow into the future,” says Paula Kraft, founding partner. "The DaVinci team and clients will soon witness his passion for aviation, his creative development of new programmes, and his dedication to bringing industry training to a contemporary, new standard.”

As COO, Detloff will be responsible for DaVinci's current business strategy as well as the successful execution of long-term growth plans to ensure its continued high level of service. He brings with him extensive knowledge of training and business aviation industry standards, and his standards in safety, service and culinary training will help DaVinci Inflight Training Institute's continuation of global growth.

“I am excited to be part of leading a growing team of experts in aviation and my continuation of supporting the aviation community in training and services,” he says. “DaVinci Inflight Training Institute is the industry leader when it comes to business aviation training, and in my new role, we will continue to grow globally. We have some exciting new training courses coming up.”

Detloff has over 20 years of business aviation and, over 30 years of training experience. Prior to his current role, he was VP of Air Culinaire Worldwide, and director of inflight services for Victory Aviation/Miami Dolphins. He has extensive training in culinary, emergency training, service, food safety and business. Prior to aviation, he was an executive chef and food safety advisor for numerous restaurants throughout the United States.
